Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of GeoTagImage, including the Geo Tag Image tool, EXIF Checker, accounts, paid plans and related content.

Using the service

You may use the tools only for lawful purposes and only with images, locations and metadata you are authorized to process. You are responsible for the files and location information you choose to add, remove or publish.

Free plan

The Free plan is available without a paid subscription and is subject to the limits shown on the live tool and billing pages. Usage controls may be enforced in the browser and on the server to prevent circumvention or abuse.

Paid plans and plan terms

Paid plans require a registered account and manual payment verification. A payment submission does not activate access until an administrator verifies the transaction. Monthly Pro and Premium plans remain active for 30 days from activation. The Annual Unlimited plan remains active for 365 days. At expiry, the account automatically returns to the Free plan unless a renewal payment has been submitted and verified. A verified renewal extends the selected plan by its configured term.

Current prices and limits

The current plan prices, daily limits and batch limits displayed on the GeoTagImage Home and Plans & Billing pages are the controlling product information. If plan details are changed prospectively, the site will update those pages so the same plan data is used throughout the service.

Manual payments

Available payment methods and transfer instructions are displayed at checkout and may include JazzCash, bank transfer and Binance when configured. Do not send cryptocurrency seed phrases, private keys or exchange passwords. You may be asked for a transaction/reference ID and an optional proof screenshot. GeoTagImage does not need your banking password, PIN, OTP, CVV or other secret credentials.

Plan cancellation

A logged-in user may cancel an active paid plan from the Dashboard. Cancellation returns the account to the Free plan immediately and does not by itself create or guarantee a refund. Order history may be retained for payment, support, security and record-keeping purposes.

Refunds and disputes

Any refund eligibility or payment dispute must be reviewed against the payment record and the circumstances of the request. Contact support with the order reference and transaction/reference ID; do not send secret banking credentials.

Tool output and metadata

Metadata can be altered or removed by image editors, content-management systems, messaging apps, social platforms and other third-party services. You should verify the final file when a particular metadata field is important.

No search-ranking guarantee

GeoTagImage provides metadata tools and educational information. Search engines and map platforms control their own ranking systems. No tool, metadata field, article or paid plan guarantees rankings, traffic, Google Business Profile visibility, image-search visibility or placement in AI-generated answers.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to misrepresent a business location, fabricate evidence, invade privacy, bypass usage limits, attack the service, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property rights or perform unlawful activity.

Service availability

Features may be updated, limited or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security, abuse prevention or changes to third-party dependencies.

Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated for material abuse, fraud, attempts to circumvent controls or other violations of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the product, payment workflow or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means the new Terms apply to future use.
